用途:
纺织工业方面本品可做化学纤维纺织油剂的主要组分,及锦纶和粘胶帘子线的油剂.
例如:锦纶帘子线的油剂配方
工业白油: 50% .乳化剂op-10: 20%,乳化剂s-80: 14%, 乳化剂t-80: 10%,油酸:5%,无离子水:6%,三乙醇胺:0.3-0.6%.
使用时用水稀释,其配比为水:原油=3:1
工艺 :纺丝—卷绕—欠伸—初粘—复粘—织布—浸胶.(油剂上油率1-1.5%)
冶金工业方面用于制造金工切削乳化油的配方为:乳化剂s-80: 5%,乳化剂t-80: 15%, s-80亦也使用作光亮火油的添加剂一般用量为1%左右.
节能方面本品可作为重油或柴油中掺水油型乳化剂用量约5-10%.
